PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the traffic of the bus of an MPU(microprocessor unit), and to quickly plot a large capacity of images such as moving images by relatively easily adding functions. SOLUTION: An image coding/decoding unit 801 decodes and temporarily stores encoded image data. An image address bus 123 and an image data bus 124 connect an image encoding/decoding unit 801 and an image display part 901. The image display part 901 stores the image data such as the moving images in a frame memory 914 being an already existing circuit, and displays the images in a specific area generated by the image encoding/decoding unit 801 and the previously generated images stored in the frame memory 914 by overlapping those images.
