<p>The present invention relates to an acceleration noise reducing method of an engine having a VIS. The acceleration noise reducing method includes: a driving demand determination step in which the opening degree of a throttle body and an engine RPM determines the recognition of an acceleration demanding situation based on a vehicle acceleration factor in a specific driving situation of a specific range; a step of operating a VIS1 valve in an acceleration, in which the VIS1 valve operates for mixed gas to flow into a second air path in the acceleration demanding situation; and a step of operating the VIS1 valve in an non-acceleration, in which the operation of the VIS1 valve is delayed to maintain the inflow of the mixed gas to a first air path which has a longer length by being formed to bypass the second air path when not in the acceleration demanding situation. The provided acceleration noise reducing method of an engine having a VIS does not change an acceleration timbre and reduces a vibration noise since a change from a long suction pipe to a short suction pipe is delayed in a situation which does not need rapid acceleration.</p> |
