<p>The present invention provides recombinant Gallid herpesvirus 3 (MDV-2) vectors that contain and express antigens of avian pathogens, recombinant Gallid herpesvirus 3 (MDV-2) vectors that contain a mutated gC gene, compositions comprising the recombinant Gallid herpesvirus 3 (MDV-2) vectors, polyvalent vaccines comprising the recombinant Gallid herpesvirus 3 (MDV-2) vectors and one or more wild type viruses or recombinant vectors. The present invention further provides methods of vaccination against a variety of avian pathogens and method of producing the recombinant Gallid herpesvirus 3 (MDV-2) vectors.</p> |
