<p>Provided by an embodiment of the present invention are a hydroelectric power generation machine and a hydroelectric power generation method which are able to increase economic feasibility, relieve the anxiety of a power generation, and minimize damage to a peripheral environment by producing electric power by motorizing potential energy of fresh water or seawater. For the forementioned, the hydroelectric power generation machine includes: a buoyancy body which is able to move up and down; an upper hydraulic unit which is positioned in the upper part of the buoyancy body and discharges water for a power generation by the ascending movement of the buoyancy body; a lower hydraulic unit which is positioned in the lower part of the buoyancy body and discharges water for a power generation by the descending movement of the buoyancy body; and a body unit which divides a space for the vertical movement of the buoyancy body and supports the upper hydraulic unit and the lower hydraulic unit. Thereby the present invention is able to improve the efficiency of a power generation by generating electric power in two consecutive times with a time difference.</p> |
