<p>The present invention relates to a sensing separation apparatus for a balance weight. The sensing separation apparatus for a balance weight includes: a roller unit which pressurizes a balance weight to be in contact with a balance weight rail when it is in a normal state enabling the balance weight to be slidingly arranged on the balance weight rail; a rod which has a lower part connected to a safety gear and an upper part connected to the roller unit; and a linear elastic member which is vertically compressed by the roller unit in the normal state. When the balance weight is separated from the balance weight rail, at least a part of the roller unit is moved in a pressurizing direction. The linear elastic member is elastically relaxed by corresponding to the movement of the roller unit. The rod is moved upwards according to the elastic relaxation of the linear elastic member to operate the safety gear.</p> |
