<p>Disclosed are a method and a device for coding an identification (ID) of a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). The method for coding an ID of a TPMS includes a generation step for generating an encoded ID by adding a sensing value to a unique identification (UID) in a TPMS sensor; a transmission step for transmitting the generated encoded ID with the sensing value; and a decoding step for obtaining the UID by receiving the transmitted data with a TPMS receiver and removing the sensing value from the encoded ID.</p> |
