<p>According to the present invention, a nutritional additive for the cultivation of cauliflower mushroom is capable of largely reducing the culture duration of the starter culture of the cauliflower mushroom and the growth duration of the fruit body of the cauliflower mushroom, thereby reducing time to the cultivation of the cauliflower mushroom. The nutritional additive contains vegetable lactic acid bacteria obtained when lactobacillus fermentum and pichia kluyveri yeast are cultured in a medium which is a mixture of soybeans, soybean curd residues, glutinous rice, and rice bran, wherein the lactobacillus fermentum is a vegetable lactic acid bacteria extracted from the embryo of soy oligosaccharide.</p> |
