The present invention provides a user interface method by using head movement and an apparatus thereof. The present invention relates to a hearing device including: a movement estimating unit which estimates the movement of a head; and a hearing device controlling unit which controls the operation of the hearing device based on the movement of the estimated head. According to an embodiment, the hearing device controls at least one operation among the hearing device or an external device based on the movement of the head to be estimated by using an audio signal which is sensed from the outside.
