<p>PURPOSE: An aluminum forming metal filter for manufacturing aluminum wheel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce production cost by recycling a taphole. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminum forming metal filter for manufacturing aluminum wheel comprises the following steps of: molding a resin preform(10); inserting shaped resin perform into the mold and charging casting sand(11) into the mold; solidifying the casting sand by heating the mold; charging molten metal(12) into the mold and solidifying the molten metal; and discharging casting sand through hammering after opening the mold.</p> |
