PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminate substrate in which a transparent conductive oxide layer has low resistivity and high transmittance without generating deformation of a transparent substrate formed of a plastic material such as a super-thin glass transparent substrate, a plastic resin, or a plastic film due to heat.SOLUTION: Provided is the transparent laminate substrate formed of the transparent conductive oxide layer including mainly an indium oxide and the transparent substrate. The transparent conductive oxide layer is formed of the indium oxide, a zirconium oxide, and a yttrium oxide. |
