The present invention relates to an aerial work platform for a construction. More specifically, the aerial work platform for a construction is configured to facilitate to remove a foreign substance adhered to an inner wall of a tunnel or a major construction space. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a vehicle traveling the inner wall of the tunnel or the major construction space, or the pedestrians from being interrupted to move and walk; and the foreign substance adhered to the inner wall of the tunnel or major construction space is removed, not by an operator manually removing the foreign substances, but using a cleaning brush protruded in an air tube, thereby improving work convenience and preventing an accident caused by an operator falling down from a support stand.
