<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of acquiring appropriate medicines more easily.SOLUTION: A medicine information management device comprises: a storage section that stores history information that specifies a medicine obtained by a user, medicine characteristic information that specifies a contained component and use application of the medicine, use contraindication information in which component is associated with contraindication component of the component; a medicine information receiving section that receives information of the user and the medicine; a use contraindication determining section that specifies a contraindication component of the contained component of the received medicine, and determines whether or not a medicine containing a contraindication component is included in the history information of medicine that the user obtained; an alternative medicine searching section that, in the case where the contraindication component is contained, specifies an alternative medicine that has a predetermined number or more of similar applications and has a component which is not a contraindication component of the contained component in the medicine obtained by the user; and an output section that outputs information of the alternative medicine.</p> |
