An internal combustion engine exhaust gas recycling device, comprising a power turbine (5) and a reduction gear set (9); the power turbine (5) is fixedly connected to the exhaust pipe (1) of an internal combustion engine via an air inlet pipe (4) of the power turbine (5); the reduction gear set (9) is engaged with the output gears (6) of the power turbine (5), and comprises at least one pair of mutually engaged gears; and a power output component (10) of the reduction gear set (9) is coaxially connected to a bent axle (15) or a flywheel (16) of the internal combustion engine. The exhaust gas recycling device causes the exhaust gas to enter a second circulation, thus effectively utilizing the exhaust gas energy and increasing the power of an internal combustion engine.
