<p>A production device for hollow columnar structure composite board comprises a first screw extruder (2), a second screw extruder (3), and a composite roll set (5). The first screw extruder, the composite roll set, and the second screw extruder are sequentially disposed on one side of a frame. Extrusion die heads (4) of the first screw extruder and the second screw extruder are separately disposed on positions close to two sides of the composite roll set. Lengths of boards extruded by extruders are decreased on lamination positions, distances from the boards to the lamination positions are approximately the same, and contractibility rates of the boards are the same, and therefore, the produced boards have the advantages of high flatness and good quality. The device integrates vacuum shaping and board combination into one composite roll set, thereby reducing the number of rolls; the device has the advantages of a simple structure and low cost.</p> |
