According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a charging apparatus. The charging apparatus includes: a first converter which rectifies an input voltage, which is an AC voltage, and coverts the input voltage into a first DC voltage; a second converter which controls the level of the first DC voltage, generates a first rectified voltage by rectifying the controlled first DC voltage, and generates a first charging voltage for charging a first battery by removing a noise of the first rectified voltage; a snubber circuit which absorbs the surge voltage of the first rectified voltage; and a third converter which generates a second charging voltage for charging a second battery by using a voltage absorbed by the snubber circuit, wherein the third converter is a phase transition full bridge converter to which a plurality of switches is connected in a full bridge structure.
