PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dielectric absorption of a circuit board island.SOLUTION: A printed-circuit board island includes: a component connection region (island) 302; an opening 304 which substantially encloses the component connection region 302; low leakage components 306 and 308 which traverse the opening 304 and connect the component connection region 302 with a printed circuit board 300; and a guide 314 on the printed circuit board 300. The component connection region 302 includes: a first conductor 310 which covers an upper surface of the component connection region 302; and a second conductor which covers a bottom surface of the component connection region 302. The guard comprises: a third conductor which encloses the opening on an upper surface of the printed circuit board; and a fourth conductor which encloses the opening on a bottom surface of the printed circuit board.
