PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of allowing not only the upper but also the sole to expand or contract smoothly in foot length direction, thus enhancing the elasticity in such direction as well as the fitting feeling. ! SOLUTION: In a shoe 1, a sole 2 includes: a forefoot part sole 21 disposed in a forefoot part F of the shoe 1; and a middle foot part sole 22 and a heel part sole 23 disposed at the rear side of the forefoot part sole 21. A front end part 22f of the middle foot part sole 22 is separately disposed from a rear end part 21r of the forefoot part sole 21 having an air gap S1 therebetween.
