A cover plate (5) for protecting the organic layer (3) is located on an organic layer (3) face facing away from the substrate (2). An opening (6) is formed in the cover plate (5), and the opening (6) is surrounded by the cover plate (5) and by the organic layer (3) in an annular manner when viewed from above.
