<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosing method for rotary machine systems that can set reference conditions for and distinction of abnormality determination and is more sensitive than conventional such methods.SOLUTION: By an abnormality diagnosing method for rotary machine systems in which the loaded side of an electric motor 11 is configured of gears, time series signals of an electric current resulting from envelope processing by envelope detection after sampling of current signals during operation of the electric motor 11 and filtering with a high-pass filter are further subjected to fast Fourier transform and a peak group of spectra appearing near the even number multiples of the revolution frequencies of the gear shafts thereby to determine the occurrence of abnormality in the gear bearings of or in gear meshing of the rotary machine system.</p> |
