Provided is a urine absorption pad for men which exhibits excellent prevention of bodily fluid leakage, and comprises a containing space that is of a sufficient size to enable a required amount of bodily fluid to be absorbed. A pad body (20) has: first and second end regions (11, 12) which oppose one another and are separate in the longitudinal direction (Y); both-side regions (14) which oppose one another and are separate in the lateral direction (X); and a central region (15) which is located between the both-side regions. A cover sheet (60), which covers the central region, is disposed in at least the first end region (11) from among the first and second end regions, and a pair of barrier cuff sheets (50), which extend in the longitudinal direction, are disposed in the both-side regions. The barrier cuff sheets each have: both-end fixed sections (58) which are fixed to the skin-facing surface side of the first and second end regions of the pad body; and a free edge section (52) which extends in the longitudinal direction between the both-end fixed sections (58). The free edge sections each have: a contraction region (54) which is stretchable in the longitudinal direction; and non-contraction regions (55) which are located outside the contraction region in the longitudinal direction. The cover sheet is formed from a non-elastic sheet material, and comprises: an inside edge section (61a) which intersects the central region; both fixed side-edge sections (66, 67) which are fixed to a barrier sheet in the first end region; a fixed central section (68) which is located between the both fixed side-edge sections, and fixed to the pad body; and a covering section (70) which covers the central region, and is defined between the both fixed side-edge sections and the fixed central section. A space section (72), which is capable of containing urine, and in which the inside edge section of the cover sheet forms an opening edge section, is formed between the covering section and the pad body. The contracting action of the contraction region reaches as far as the opening edge section. |
