PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face bow which simply and easily records physical relation between a reference plane and an upper jaw from a patient.SOLUTION: On the tip of a support arm 2, a bite plate 1 to be inserted into the oral cavity of a patient h1 is fixed. The support arm 2 of a face bow 100 is attachably and detachably fixed on a stand 6. A standing guide 3 extended upward from the middle of the support arm 2 is provided. On the standing guide 3, a laser beam projection device 5 is supported to be adjustable vertically. The laser beam projection device 5 radiates a laser beam on a horizontal irradiation plane parallel to the bite plate 1. The horizontal irradiation plane of the laser beam projection device 5 is superposed on a reference plane of the patient h1, and in this state, a movement amount M and a distance L between a jaw joint of the patient h1 and the face bow 100 are obtained. |
