摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure which can prevent that fluid largely flows out of a fracture portion of piping.SOLUTION: A first control valve (overflow prevention valve 22) for controlling a flow rate of fluid progressing toward designated piping from fluid supply equipment is arranged at an upstream side of the designated piping (displacement absorbing piping part 21) within a preset range, and a second control valve (check valve 24) for preventing the backflow of the fluid toward the designated piping from fluid consumption equipment is arranged at a downstream side of the designated piping. A third control valve (first block valve 23) is arranged at an upstream side of the first control valve, first purge piping 27 having a first purge valve 26 is connected between the third control valve and the first control valve, a fourth control valve (second block valve 25) is arranged at a downstream side of the second control valve, and second purge piping 29 having a second purge valve 28 is connected between the fourth control valve and the second control valve. Furthermore, upstream-side piping 14 and downstream-side piping 15 are connected to each other by bypass piping 33 which comprises bypass valves 31, 32, and has flexibility.</p>
