PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer composition and a conductive film using the same which are capable of solving the problem of a moisture-absorption property of PEDOT/PSS in the prior art by neutralizing PEDOT/PSS using lipid-soluble tertiary amine and solving the problem of conductivity change caused by moisture absorption.SOLUTION: A conductive polymer composition comprises: polyethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT/PSS) neutralized with lipid-soluble tertiary amine; a binder; and a solvent.
