<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device suitable for manufacturing of a die casting product or cast product having stable quality.SOLUTION: A quality management unit includes a gas sensor, a sampling unit for supplying to the gas sensor a sample of a gas area contacting with a light alloy molten metal through an interface, and a unit for outing content related to the quality of the molten metal on the basis of the measurement result of a specific gas amount by the gas sensor. A method for managing quality comprises measuring the specific gas amount of the gas area contacting with the light alloy molten metal through the interface by the gas sensor, and estimating the quality of the molten metal on the basis of the measurement result of the gas sensor.</p> |
