PURPOSE: A middle shaft for a vehicle steering apparatus is provided to prevent slip noise during the expansion and contraction of an outer shaft and an inner shaft. CONSTITUTION: A middle shaft for a vehicle steering apparatus comprises an external shaft(122), a yoke(120), and a shaft plug(200). The external shaft is formed with a pinhole(230) and has a hollow shape. The yoke is inserted into the outer circumference of the external shaft. The yoke is coupled with the pinhole through a joint pin(125). The yoke is connected to the steering column and the universal joint. The shaft plug is inserted into the inner circumference of the external shaft coupled with the yoke.
