<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire manufacturing method, tire manufacturing equipment and a drum-type molding apparatus for the tire manufacturing equipment, enabling mass imbalance in the tire circumferential direction to be made as small as possible.SOLUTION: A first drum-type molding apparatus 10 having a function of detecting mass imbalance is used to mold a first cylindrical molded body T1 including a pair of bead cores 1 and a carcass layer 2, the mass imbalance of the first molded body T1 is measured on the first drum-type molding apparatus 10, a second drum-type molding apparatus 20 having a function of detecting mass imbalance is used to mold a second annular molded body T2 including a belt layer 3 and a tread rubber layer 4, and the mass imbalance of the second molded body T2 is measured on the second drum-type molding apparatus 20. Positioning of the second molded body T2 against the first molded body T1 in the circumferential is performed based on mass imbalance of the first molded body T1 and mass imbalance of the second molded body T2, the first molded body T1 is inflated inside the second molded body T2 and is stuck to the inner surface of the second molded body T2, thereby a green tire T3 is molded.</p> |
