A motor has a stator and a rotor rotating at the center of the stator, and the rotor includes a concave groove formed with a predetermined depth along the circumference of the rotor, and a plurality of blades formed at the concave groove to protrude therein and having a height not greater than the depth of the concave groove, wherein a flow channel is formed between the stator and the rotor along the length direction of the rotor so that air flows therein, and wherein when the rotor rotates, the plurality of blades guides an air flow to the flow channel so that the rotor is cooled. |
