<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of curl in a sheet on which decoloring processing is not made.SOLUTION: The decoloring device includes: a conveyance unit; a decoloring section; a curl correction mechanism; a correction force setting section; and a control unit. The conveyance unit conveys a sheet along a conveyance path which has a curvature portion in one direction. The decoloring section carries out a decoloring processing on the sheet being conveyed. The curl correction mechanism corrects the curl by giving a curvature in a direction opposite to the curvature direction in the curvature portion to the sheet. The correction force setting section sets the strength of the correction force given by the curl correction mechanism. After the decoloring processing, when the sheet is conveyed to the curl correction mechanism, the control unit sets the correction force given by the curl correction mechanism to a first strength via the correction force setting section, and when the sheet, on which decoloring processing is not made, is conveyed to the curl correction mechanism, the correction force given by the curl correction mechanism is set to a second strength smaller than the first via the correction force setting section.</p> |
