The present invention relates to a structure and a method for connecting a fabric sensor and digital yarn, the structure comprising: a planar material worn on a body; a first fabric sensor which is provided on the planar material and senses a bio-signal; digital yarn which is provided in the first fabric sensor and allows a peeling section thereof to be electrically connected to the first fabric sensor; and sewing yarn for sewing and coupling the one side of the digital yarn to the first fabric sensor.
