<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic steel component superior in AC magnetic property, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the soft magnetic steel component, the chemical composition of a mother phase includes 0.002 to 0.20% C (the meaning of the mass% and it is the same in below ),≤1.2% (not including 0%) Si, 0.05 to 2.6% Mn,≤0.050% (not including 0%) P,≤0.05% (not including 0%) S,≤4% (not including 0%) Cr, 0.002 to 2.2% Al,≤0.01% (not including 0%) N,≤0.03% (not including 0%) O, and a remainder being iron and inescapable impurities, while a P diffusion layer is formed in a surface layer part containing P amount (P<SB POS="POST">D</SB>) that satisfies following formula (1) and thickness of the P diffusion layer is more than 20μm. In the formula (1): P<SB POS="POST">B</SB>+0.1≤P<SB POS="POST">D</SB>≤2.0, P<SB POS="POST">D</SB>(mass%) indicates the amount of P included in the P diffusion layer and P<SB POS="POST">B</SB>(mass%) indicates the amount of P included in the mother phase of steel component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
