PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic structure of a cabinet rack, in which external force absorption damper is installed in the cabinet rack, the external force absorption damper absorbs external force such as compression force and tensile force applied to the cabinet rack to improve aseismic performance and a degree of freedom is given to installation of the cabinet rack. SOLUTION: In the cabinet rack, an upper beam material 2 and a lower beam material 3 are laterally installed between adjacent upper parts and lower parts of four columnar supports 1, and shelf boards 5 for placing a placing object are arranged between the columnar supports. The upper beam material or the upper beam material and the lower beam material in at least an orthogonal direction of a plan view are divided into two division members 4a. A hysteretic damper 20 which can absorb the external force such as the compression force and the tensile force applied to the cabinet rack via brackets 10, exciting force due to an earthquake and the like or the external force with vibration, for example, is detachably fixed between the divided division members.
