PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve having a large vacuum breaking capability, and being capable of quickly carrying out vacuum breaking. SOLUTION: A valve chest 3 is formed with a flow-in port 4 opened to a lower part and a flow-out port 5 opened to an upper part, in a casing comprising a body 1 and a lid 2. A valve seat 6 is formed between the valve chest 3 and the flow-out port 5. A float receiver 10 bottomed, cylindrically shaped, and being provided with a flow channel between itself and a valve chest 3 inner wall, having a through hole 11 in a bottom part is arranged in a valve chest 3. A float 12 is arranged in a free state in an inside of the float receiver 10. A second through hole 15 is provided in the bottom part of the float receiver 10. A barrier member 13 for preventing a fluid from advancing rectilinearly from the second through hole 15 to a float 12 is provided in a float 12 side of the second through hole 15. Since external air entered in the float receiver 10 can flow down quickly to the flow-in port 4 through the through hole 11 and the second through hole 15, it is possible to prevent the pressure of the lower part of the float 12 in the float receiver 10 from increasing, thereby the vacuum breaking capability is large to allow the quick vacuum breaking.
