PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly utilize an alginate oligosaccharide having excellent characteristics in the field of a hair cosmetic and to provide the hair cosmetic having excellent conditioning characteristics and further imparting sliminess to the hair during rinsing and thereby sufficiently smoothing finger combing of the hair.
