PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation-shading apparatus which can increase the green quantity of a vine in comparison with conventional greened solar radiation-shading apparatuses. SOLUTION: This solar radiation-shading apparatus 10 comprises a plurality of louver-constituting materials 28 in which adsorbing members for adsorbing the adsorbing roots of vanes 16 are charged and exposed from hole portions, holding members 24 for vertically holding a plurality of the louver-constituting materials 28 so that the louver-constituting materials 28 are separated from each other and the plate surfaces 28A of the louver-constituting materials 28 cross the wall surfaces 14A of a building, and planters 20 for culturing the vanes 16 between the plurality of louver-constituting materials 28 and the wall surfaces 14A.
