PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a child-care apparatus consistently usable up to a school child from a baby, and capable of materializing arrangement of an optimum seat from a viewpoint of safety and amenity of the baby, in any use form corresponding to the age of the baby. SOLUTION: This seat structure includes a seat base part 14 and a seat back part 13 backwardly tiltably connected to the seat base part 14 via a first connecting shaft 15 and a second connecting shaft 16. Here, the first connecting shaft 15 is installed in any one of the seat base part 14 or the seat back part 13, and a first guide groove 17 for receiving the first connecting shaft 15 is formed in the other member. The second connecting shaft 16 is also installed in any one of the seat base part 14 or the seat back part 13, and a second guide groove 18 for receiving the second connecting shaft 16 is formed in the other member.
