SOLUTION: This laser microscope device 101 includes: a multiplexing means 108 for guiding each pulse laser light L1', L2' having two different frequencies having an approximately equal frequency differenceΩ' to a frequencyΩof specific molecular vibration of molecules in the sample into two optical paths L1, L2, and multiplexing each guided pulse laser light 106, 107; a frequency dispersion adjusting means 109 on one side; a pulse laser light modulation means 110 on the other side; and a modulated signal detection means 117 for condensing the two pulse laser lights multiplexed by the multiplexing means 108 into the sample, and detecting induced Raman scattering generated from the specific molecular vibration of molecules in the sample, synchronously with modulation by the pulse laser modulation part.
