PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy supplying system that can supply hydrogen and electric power with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The energy supplying system includes a cold heat source 11, power generating equipment 13, and a dehydrogenation apparatus 14 for generating hydrogen through dehydrogenation reaction of organic hydride by using exhaust heat of the power generating equipment, wherein the energy supplying system supplies the hydrogen and the electric power to the outside. A liquefied gas or a boiloff gas consisting of the liquefied gas is used as the cold heat source. An energy supplying apparatus includes a gas-liquid separator 12 for separating a product material generated in the dehydrogenation apparatus 14 into the hydrogen and a dehydrogenation product through heat exchange between the product material and the cold heat source.
