The present invention relates to an OLED polarizing plate minimizing the color shifting and improving the white angular dependency (WAD) and an OLED display device including the same. The OLED polarizing plate includes: a polarizer; a first phase difference retardation layer formed on the lower surface of the polarizer; a second phase difference retardation layer formed on the lower surface of the first phase difference retardation layer; and a pattern layer which is formed on the lower surface of the second phase difference retardation layer and has multiple engraved patterns formed on the lower surface.
