PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet for aging heat treatment, in which the strength can be increased by the aging heat treatment, low core loss is maintained in high frequency, and excellent manufacturability is achieved, an non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet.SOLUTION: The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet for aging heat treatment has steel composition including, by mass%, 0.02% or less C, 0% or more and 1% or less Si, 1% or less Mn, 0.2% or less P, 0.03% or less S, 2% or more and 4% or less Al, 0.1% or more and 2% or less Ni, more than 1% and 3% or less Cu, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. |
