PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an adhesive, which mainly comprises a resin excellent in adhesive force and gas-barrier properties, especially in moisture barrier performance, and to provide the adhesive in which the resin composition is applied to a film. SOLUTION: A resin composition for a moisture barrier adhesive comprises: a resin (A) having two or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule as a functional group; an isocyanate compound (B) having two or more isocyanate group in one molecule as a functional group; a plate-like inorganic compound (C1); and a crystalline polyester (C2).
