The sealing structure (15) has the behind gripping sections (16,17) for form-fitting attachment to the attachment regions (6,7) of the sternum closure (1), that are prepared on either sides of the gap. The gripping sections are provided with the penetration element (22) such as pins, screws, hooks, bolts or the mandrel on the guide surface (20).
