The oven has a thermal heating element (2) having cooking area (1) with an adjacent switching area (4) for controlling the oven operation. An automatic heated switching element (11) or temperature sensor is arranged in flow area of cooling air blower (9). The switching area controls temperature of heating elements that effect performance of then oven operation.
