The present invention relates to a hetero-cyclic compound and an organic light-emitting device including the same. In the present invention, provided are a novel compound, which remarkably improves the longevity, efficiency, electrochemical stability and thermal stability of the organic light-emitting device, and an organic light-emitting device including the compound included in an organic compound layer. The hetero-cyclic compound in the present invention is denoted by chemical formula 1 in which L1 and L2 are the same or different. The new compound of the present invention can be used as an organic light-emitting device material, thereby improving the efficiency and life-service property of the organic light-emitting device.
