The present invention provides a touch panel including an active stylus pen. The touch panel including an active stylus pen includes: a touch panel which includes a plurality of first electrode patterns and second electrode patterns formed in vertical direction to each other on a substrate; a controller which controls a first driving signal to be applied to the second electrode patterns and detects interactive capacitance variation between the first electrode patterns and the second electrode patterns; and an active stylus pen which is separated from the touch panel, receives a synchronization signal from the touch panel when getting closer or in contact with the touch panel, then generates a second driving signal synchronized with the first driving signal, and outputs the second driving signal to the point of getting closer or in contact.
