FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: computer tomography of forefoot is performed at height of instep-sesamoid joints in axial plane. Tangent is lined to foot bearing area through front instep bone head centre, transsesamoid crest and prolonged to cross foot bearing area line. Perpendicular is lined from crossing point upwards; rotation angle is evaluated between line of front instep bone head centre and perpendicular. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of front instep bone rotation diagnostics. ^ 1 dwg
