Improved grafted propylene copolymer compositions and adhesive blends containing same are provided. The grafts are obtained by reacting propylene- ethylene impact copolymers having specified rubber contents and molecular weight distributions with ethylenically unsaturated acids or acid derivative s, such as maleic anhydride.
