<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating a metal thin plate of a waste insulation cover for removing the metal thin plate attached to the inner side of the waste insulation cover cut after an inner iron core is removed. To this end, the apparatus for separating the metal thin plate of the waste insulation cover according to the present invention includes: an extension guide unit which gradually extends the cut side of the rolled waste insulation cover in a progressing direction, an introduction roller part which is installed on the rear end of the extension guide unit and presses the waste insulation cover inputted via the extension guide unit, a press roller part which is installed on the rear end of the introduction roller part and flatly presses the waste insulation cover discharged through the introduction roller part, a heating unit which is installed on the rear end of the press roller part and heats the metal thin plate to separate the metal thin plate attached to the inner circumference of the waste insulation cover, and a separation roller part which is installed on the rear end of the heating unit and separates the metal thin plate from the waste insulation cover by sucking the metal thin plate and the waste insulation cover which are heated under vacuum. The separation roller part is composed of two vacuum rollers with a plurality of suction holes on the surface thereof and separates the metal thin plate from the waste insulation cover by vacuum suction.</p> |
