<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coping device with a handrail, facilitating management of a member. <P>SOLUTION: This coping device 1 with the handrail includes a coping retainer 6 fixed to the top surface of a wall 2 of a balcony, and a coping 7 which is supported by the coping retainer 6 so as to cover the upper end of the wall 2 of the balcony. The coping device 1 comprises a cylindrical support 8 erected on the coping 7, and a handrail body 42 attached to the support 8.
