摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection prevention film having a high reflection prevention effect in a wide band from an ultraviolet band up to a visible band or from the visible band up to a near-infrared band and to provide an optical component having the reflection prevention film. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection prevention film is composed by laminating a first layer to a ninth layer: wherein in terms of wavelength &lambda; nm, a refractive index of the first layer is 1.85-2.45 and the optical film thickness of the first layer is 0.01&lambda;-0.15&lambda; nm; the refractive index of the second layer is 1.35-1.75 and the optical film thickness of the second layer is 0.003&lambda;-0.2&lambda; nm; the refractive index of the third layer is 1.85-2.45 and the optical film thickness of the third layer is 0.03&lambda;-0.32&lambda; nm; the refractive index of the fourth layer is 1.35-1.75 and the optical film thickness of the forth layer is 0.003&lambda;-0.15&lambda; nm a; the refractive index of the fifth layer is 1.85-2.45 and the optical film thickness of the fifth layer is 0.05&lambda;-0.25&lambda; nm; the refractive index of the sixth layer is 1.35-1.75 and the optical film thickness of the sixth layer is 0.01&lambda;-0.15 &lambda; nm; the refractive index of the seventh layer is 1.85-2.45 and the optical film thickness of the seventh layer is 0.03&lambda;-0.15&lambda; nm; the refractive index of the eighth layer is 1.35-1.75 and the optical film thickness of the eighth layer is 0.18&lambda;-0.3&lambda; nm; and the refractive index of the ninth layer is 1.05-1.3 and the optical film thickness of the ninth layer is 0.15&lambda;-0.25&lambda; nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
