The invention relates to equipment for automated control of pressure of gas and vapor and can be used in systems for reduction and distribution of gases in gas producing and gas transportation areas. Control valve has executive mechanism with sensitive element and shutoff-control device in body with coaxial inlet and outlet branch pipes connected to sensitive element of executive mechanism and placed at axis of branch pipes. Besides that the valve has seat with sealing ring arranged as face surface of central cowl placed in axial position with respect to gate. According to the invention face surface of central cowl to sealing ring is arranged as convex-conical form with generatrix at curve of second order that goes to cylindrical surface of ledge before sealing ring. On the face surface along generatrixes current grooves are provided, those are uniformly placed in circle, with preservation of part of cylindrical ledge before sealing ring at bottom of the grooves at outlet cut of those. Reliability of shutoff-control device of direct-flow controlled valve is increased due to change of design of face surface of central cowl. |
